I think it’s very important to do things other than just take the medication. Therapy has been my biggest help. I had a therapist once who talked to me about when you’re depressed, and you’ve been depressed for a long time, you’re walking in a ditch. And you just walk in the ditch, around in a circle over and over again.
I feel like the therapy – something else besides medication has to be done for you to stay better, stay good.
